Our fees are agreed clearly before work begins and depend on the nature, scope and complexity of the request.
Service Fee
Applied to selected travel, hospitality and lifestyle arrangements, typically as a percentage of the total spend.
Fixed Fee
Charged for individual requests with a clearly defined scope.
Project Fee
Quoted for broader assignments such as relocation, family set-up, weddings and major events.
Acquisition Fee
Charged on selected sourcing and acquisition mandates, only when the agreed result is secured.
Placement Fee
Charged for household staffing recruitment and placement.
No membership is required to begin with. Clients come to us when they need us and pay only for the work undertaken. Annual membership may later be offered by invitation to selected regular clients.
A simple structure, agreed upfront. External costs and supplier invoices are paid separately.
