Ormont Private Office Sàrl ("ORMONT", "we", "us") is a private office based in Switzerland, providing concierge, relocation, administration, sourcing and household-staffing services to private clients. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and in the course of our services.

We collect personal data only when you choose to provide it, in particular when you:

• Write to us by email, including through the form on this site
• Correspond with us by phone, WhatsApp or email once engaged
• Provide information necessary to carry out a specific request on your behalf

The form on this site does not send anything to a server of ours: it opens a message in your own email programme, which you send yourself. Nothing you type reaches us until you press send in your own email client.

How we use it

We use personal data solely to respond to enquiries, deliver the services you have asked for, and communicate with you about ongoing requests. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing with third parties

Where a request requires it, we share the minimum necessary information with specialists and suppliers acting on your behalf, for example a hotel, a legal advisor, or a household-staffing candidate. We expect every party we work with to handle your information with the same discretion we apply ourselves.

Your rights
