Scope
These terms govern your use of this website and, in general terms, the basis on which ORMONT Private Office ("ORMONT") provides services. Specific terms for an individual request are agreed directly with you before work begins.
Our services
ORMONT takes on requests that require time, discretion, judgement and the right connections, across travel and aviation, relocation, private events, personal administration, sourcing and household staffing. We do not provide routine errands or execution-only assistance. Where specialist expertise is required, we appoint the appropriate professional and oversee the result on your behalf.
Fees
Our fees are agreed clearly before work begins, and depend on the nature, scope and complexity of the request: a service fee, fixed fee, project fee, acquisition fee or placement fee, as described on our How We Work page. External costs and third-party invoices (hotels, suppliers, professionals) are payable separately and are not included in our fee.
Third-party providers
Where we engage or recommend third-party suppliers, professionals or specialists on your behalf, ORMONT selects them with care but is not the provider of their underlying service and is not liable for their acts or omissions beyond our duty of reasonable care in selecting and overseeing them.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms for a specific request are set out when the request is agreed. Where third-party bookings are involved, their own cancellation terms apply in addition to ours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
