If your family lives outside Europe and something needs doing here, send it to us. We are in Geneva, we know how things work on this side, and we take care of it from start to finish.

You do not have the time to fly over for every appointment, and you should not have to manage ten suppliers from another time zone. So you send us a message, from Luanda, São Paulo, Douala or Abidjan, and we handle it here. We find the right people, check them, deal with them and keep you posted.

You deal with the same person from start to finish, usually on WhatsApp, and we answer within minutes. We book and pay the suppliers ourselves, so you get one invoice from us, not ten from people you have never met.

We work in English, French and Portuguese. We are based in Geneva and work across Europe, and further when we need to.

The countries we focus on

Angola, Brazil, Cameroon and Côte d’Ivoire. If you live somewhere else, write to us all the same.

Questions

Do I need to live in Switzerland?

No. We are set up for families who live elsewhere. Almost everything happens by WhatsApp, phone and email, and we meet in person when it is useful.

Where do you work?

From Geneva, across Switzerland and the rest of Europe. When something needs doing further away, we organise it with partners we know.

Which languages do you speak?

English, French and Portuguese.

How do you charge?

We agree the fee with you before we start. A one-off request has a service fee. Families who need us all year can take a membership.
