Some requests do not fit in a box. If it matters to your family, send it anyway.
A present that has to arrive on the right day, a summer camp for the children, a parent travelling on their own, an appointment that seemed impossible to get. And sometimes something more delicate, better discussed on the phone.
We take on what needs judgement, not routine errands. When a request needs a specialist, we find the right one and keep an eye on the result.
The kind of thing we are asked
- A summer camp in Switzerland for two teenagers.
- Looking after my mother while she is in Geneva for a week.
- A birthday present for my wife, delivered on Saturday morning.
- Bringing the dog with us when we move.
- An urgent appointment to renew a passport.
- Something we would rather explain on the phone.

What do you not do?
Routine errands. If a request does not need judgement, someone else will do it better and cheaper, and we will tell you who.
Can my family contact you directly?
Yes, if you want them to. They deal with the same person, who keeps you in the loop.
Is it all confidential?
Yes. We never talk about our clients or about what we do for them.
