Finding good people to work in your home is hard. We find them, check them properly, and look after the house when you are not there.
Nanny, house manager, chef or driver, we first want to understand how your home actually runs. Then we search, interview and call the references ourselves. You only meet people we would hire.
If the house sits empty part of the year, we keep an eye on it: repairs, works, keys. When you come back, it is ready.
The kind of thing we are asked
- A live-in nanny who speaks French and English.
- A house manager for the house in Geneva and the chalet.
- A private chef for the summer.
- A driver who can also help around the house.
- Someone to check on the flat every week while we are away.
- The heating fixed before we arrive in December.
Questions
How do you choose the candidates?
We start from how your household works, then interview and check references ourselves. You only meet the people we would be happy to hire.
How much does a placement cost?
We agree a placement fee with you beforehand. You pay the salary, as the employer, under a proper contract.
Can you look after a home we only use part of the year?
Yes. We keep an eye on it while you are away and get it ready before you come back.
