When you or someone in your family needs a doctor in Switzerland, we find the right specialist, get the appointment and organise everything around it.
From abroad, the hard part is getting to the right doctor. Who should you see, how do you get an appointment, what does the clinic need first? We sort that out, whether it is at the HUG in Geneva, the CHUV in Lausanne or a private clinic.
We do not give medical advice, and we never stand between you and your doctor. We handle the appointments, send your records ahead, book the flights and the hotel for the family, and find an interpreter if you need one.
The kind of thing we are asked
- A second opinion from a cardiologist, as soon as possible.
- A full check-up for both of us, in two days.
- A hotel near the clinic for my wife and the children.
- An interpreter for the consultation.
- A family doctor and a paediatrician, now that we live here.
- The medical file sent to the specialist before we fly.

No. We find the right doctor and organise everything around the appointment. Medical decisions stay between you and your doctor.
Can you arrange a second opinion?
Yes. We find the specialist, send your records, book the appointment and take care of the travel and the stay.
Is my medical information kept private?
Yes. We only pass on what the doctor or the clinic needs, and nothing to anyone else.
