Visas & Administration
Visas, permits, registrations, and the letters that keep arriving. We prepare the file properly and follow it until it is done.

Paperwork is where time disappears: the wrong form, an appointment three weeks away, a document that needs an apostille first. We get the file right, book the appointments, chase the offices and let you know when it is done.
For visitors, that means a Schengen visa file that is complete before the consulate appointment. For families who live here, it is permits, driving licences, insurance and the post nobody understands. When a lawyer or a tax adviser is needed, we work with yours or introduce one we trust.
The kind of thing we are asked
- Schengen visas for our two drivers and the nanny.
- Swapping a foreign driving licence for a Swiss one.
- A birth certificate translated and apostilled.
- The car registered and insured.
- Opening and answering the post while we are abroad.
- Renewing a residence permit before it runs out.
Questions
Can you guarantee a Schengen visa?
No one can, the consulate decides. What we make sure of is that the file is complete and nothing is missing on the day.
Do you replace a lawyer for permits?
No. We handle the file and every step around it, and work with the lawyer or tax adviser who advises you.
Can you deal with our paperwork while we live abroad?
Yes. With your authorisation, most of it can be done from here. We only come back to you when we need a signature.
Tell us what you need.
We read every message ourselves and usually reply within the hour.
